What we choose to produce and consume make a whole lot of difference in tackling some of the greatest challenges facing our planet today such as climate change. Transitioning society to a more plant-based production-consumption paradigm offers a solution. However, such a transition requires, among other things, a higher rate of innovation and entrepreneurship in this domain. I am inspired to work towards this goal by creating awareness and bringing important stakeholders into conversation. I have created aponia to serve this very purpose.
